New Property Management Team Leader - Illawarra

We are delighted to announce that Matthew Wigger has stepped into the role of Illawarra Team Leader within our property management department. With our recent expansion into the Dapto region, the responsibilities of the Property Management Team Leader position have significantly increased. Matthew's extensive experience in similar roles, combined with his exceptional technical skills, make him the perfect fit to drive improvements in our service delivery and contribute to the growth of our agency-wide portfolio.

We are pleased to confirm that Farrah Tebbutt will continue in her role as Shoalhaven Team Leader. Both the Illawarra and Shoalhaven teams will collaborate to refine processes and implement system updates aimed at benefiting our landlords, tenants, property managers, and support team.

Welcome to Our New Team Members

In addition to Matthew's appointment, we are excited to welcome three new members to our Property Management teams across the Shoalhaven and Illawarra regions:

• Samara Maynard: With over 10 years of industry experience, including senior roles at Raine & Horne Southern Highlands, Samara joins our Shoalhaven team. She will manage properties in Jervis Bay and Nowra, leveraging her expertise to deliver top-notch service.
• Alexandra Rains: Alex brings her experience as a property manager from Orange to our team in the Illawarra. Starting in February, she is already making an impact in Albion Park as she familiarises herself with our systems and processes.
• Rebecca Gillan: Bec joins our Nowra team, taking over a portfolio with a solid understanding of the local market and a genuine enthusiasm for the real estate industry. Her experience at Integrity equips her to excel in her new role.
